I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with bullies and here i am going to tell you what you allready know.
If you are having problems with your class mates or similar picking on you, I am sorry to tell you that the reason lies within yourself. In order for them to not pick on you in the first place there are things you can do but if you are reading this, you need to know the solution.
Im afraid there is only one solution to stopping bullies and that is to punch him in the face.
I know it takes alot of courage but your harassment will not stop until you take such an action. Once you have done so, others should hear through the grapevine that you are not the one to be bullied. Thats pretty much it, its the only solution and if you do not take such drastic action, this will continue indefinitely.
When you punch him, he will not expect it, even if he faces you so you should get a good one in. Be prepared bc he may kick your ass, but the bullying will stop and you will get respect form your peers. Also when punching, practice first on a pillow or something, keep your wrist locked and if you can, hold a small stone that fits into your closed hand nicely. Do not hit him with a stone, just hold a small one in the palm of your closed fist and aim for his face. You will live and be fine and just remember how much worse the alternative is.
Bullies dont want to bully someone who fights back, they want an easy target which you must not be.
In order to prevent yourself from being bullied these are the things you can do to keep yourself from being targeted.
1. Exercise - Become stronger, use weight to increase your strength and to make your punch all that harder. If you dont have weights just lift anything heavy but always make sure to have a straight back and use your knees when bending down. Always watch your back.
2. When the verbal abuse starts, dont take it because that is where it starts, try to come back with witty comebacks and insults dont just take it. ALWAYS meet fire with fire and give back what is given.
3. Posture - Having upright posture is important, especially when young because that is the posture you will have for life, Get into the habit of standing up straight and proud. It will eventually come natural to you but if you have a submissive posture bullies can see it right away and may even be the reason they picked you to begin with.
Try to practice what you are going to do when this bully next feels the need to pick on you, Im sorry but it is the only way otherwise you will suffer this forever if you dont stand up for yourself NOW. Nobody else is going to so you must.
Wether or not you like it, Bullies is instinctual behaviour for children and even adults. Most adults dont do it though as our frontal lobe is more developed so it is easier for adults to decide not to act upon instinct if it is wrong.
When i was at school it seemed to me that i had 2 choices, either get bullied or be the bully, My solution was to start kicking some ass but i dont think it needs to go that far, especially in todays age. I grew up in a different era when the stakes where higher and there was no internet and bullies sent the bullied to hospital on at least a weekly basis. In my day if you were bullied you literately feared for your life. This is not the case anymore
My advice for bullies on the internet is not to log on with your true identity, Do you think i am known as Johnny irl lol
For internet bullies you just need to grow a thick skin as there are always anonymous idiots on the internet.
In conclusion, I wish you all the best in dealing with your personal bully, Learn what it was that caused him to single you out and do the opposite to prevent others from doing the same and dont forget to punch that bully in the face to stop him in his tracks. Just remember aswell, it is very unlikely any school yard fight these days will do any permanent damage but even if it does, letting it continue does more permanent damage than any fight can do so pick up your courage and even go find him so that it is on your terms and not his, catch him unprepared then go and punch him in his ugly face.
