Just as a room full of monkeys will eventually reproduce the works of shakespear if given enough time, so too will the atoms and circumstances that created YOU come together once again. If time is indeed infinite, this is not only possible but inevitable.
Just like the first 13 billion years went by in the blink of an eye before your birth, so too will the next billions of years also go by in an instant, then bang there you are again. As soon as you close your eyes when you die, you will then in an instant be here again, reading this comment or whatever. This theory relies on time being infinite, which i believe it is.
