This happens bc USB3.0 was not around when your win7 disk was made so does not have the drivers, you can try to use a different usb port (idealy USB2.0) or get your driver from your motherboard makers website but i found the easiest way was to use sata. Open your PC and plug your win 7 installation drive into your sata port, wether a HDD or a DVD drive, this should work. Once you have windows up and running, get your drivers and instal them the same way, Now update your PC to WINDOWS 10 and you shouldnt have any more problems. just google it, you need to download the 'Media creation tool' you can get it here
